Apple video and movies do not play

The last few days I started having problems playing video and movies with my Apple TV+ app on my fire stick streaming. The error I get is video cannot load , check internet connection. I went into Apple app troubleshooting and checked internet and report was ok. Any suggestions?

Apple TV app does not work on LG TV The issue of Apple TV app not working on LG TV persists. I have taken all steps in previous posts on this topic, but I continue to get the error "Video Not Available. Please check internet connection and try again" All other streaming services (Hulu, Netflix, Prime video, Peacock) are working fine.

Check for Fire TV system software updates. Install if available.
Try restarting the Fire TV device.
Try deleting and reinstalling the Apple TV app.
Try restarting the router and any optional other powered network gear.
