Couldn't Load Video Apple TV

I access AppleTV using a Firestick. I was watching a show yesterday. Today when I go to resume the video i get the error message "Couldn't Load Video". Check your internet connection and then try again." My internet connection is fine and I can access content using other streaming services. I retried going to settings on the app and restarting the app. It did not fix the problem.

  1. Try a device restart, or disconnect it from its power source for a minute.
  2. Try deleting and then re-installing the app.
  3. If the issue persists after that, then please contact Apple Support for further assistance.
