Apple TV App on Ultra Wide Screen 3840 x 1660

Its weird that some videos are full screen and some isnt. How can i make full use of the screen real estate since the video resolution is similar. worst case i should only get black bars on the left and right but not throughout. Much appreciated for any help.

Not able to access full apple tv catalog on Samsung smart tv I am trying to watch Shrinking in my Apple tv app on Samsung smart tv but it was not showing up even though i even searched for it. Later I noticed that not only Shrinking was not available but also all the popular shows like pluribus, severance, ted lasso, etc are not showing up as well. I also had issues accessing paramount plus content through apple tv app when I purchased it through apple tv as well. I already tried log out and logging back in again, Delete and reinstall the app and update my tv as well. Did anyone else had this issue? If yes, how did you fix it.
