Not able to access full apple tv catalog on Samsung smart tv

I am trying to watch Shrinking in my Apple tv app on Samsung smart tv but it was not showing up even though i even searched for it. Later I noticed that not only Shrinking was not available but also all the popular shows like pluribus, severance, ted lasso, etc are not showing up as well. I also had issues accessing paramount plus content through apple tv app when I purchased it through apple tv as well.

I already tried log out and logging back in again, Delete and reinstall the app and update my tv as well. Did anyone else had this issue? If yes, how did you fix it.

Some how my parental restrictions got changed and that’s why I was not able to see all the content. Go to Settings—> profiles —> Click on your profile & In Restrictions change it to all types of content allowed. This fixed my issue. Hope it helps you as well!

In the Apple TV app on modern Samsung smart TVs, when signed in with your Apple Account and an active Apple TV streaming service subscription, you should be able to find a ‘Home’ icon in the upper left corner. Open that as a menu by pressing the Up position on the ring. From there, navigate down to ‘Apple TV’ to see just the content for the Apple TV streaming service subscription. Confirm with the center button. There you should find all of the shows that you mentioned.

Alternatively, you may also choose to find content through the in-app Search option.

Thanks for the suggestion but that didn’t help. I did as suggested above but here is what I see in top 10 shows. When I open the app on my mobile and check for top 10 it’s completely different.
