I have an iPhone 13 Pro on iOS 18.1.1 and an Apple Watch Ultra 2 on watchOS 11.2.
Compass on iPhone shows elevation in metres whereas compass on the watch shows it in feet. In the watch settings, language and region are set to ‘mirror my phone’ so I would expect them to be consistent.
Is there anything I can do to make them consistent?

If you open the WatchApp on your iPhone, then go to General/Language & Region and choose "Custom" instead of "Mirror my iPhone", can you select the UK as your region?
Did you already update your iPhone to the latest iOS 18.2?
Did you already check the settings for measurement units on your watch?

As far as I know, compass settings are based on ‘language & region’. Phone is set to UK (and therefor elevation is in meters), watch is set to mirror phone but still shows in feet.
I don’t think there’s any other way to change units of measurement on the watch?
Thanks, I’ve updated phone to 18.2 and watch is already on latest software, restarted watch but still in feet on watch and meters on phone?
