Touch screen issues on my iPhone 11

i have an iphone 11 and i think the upper or the top part of my screen in not working. i wasnt able to use control center and i cant set wallpaper because the “done” is in the right top part and i clicked in for like many times but it cant be click? what should i do?

iPhone touch screen will not let me swipe up and down my iPhone worked fine and then it just stopped working it will not let me swipe up or down it won’t let me open it and I did a hard restart on it and that didn’t work! I did the whole up down on the volume and hold in until the Apple logo appears but it still won’t work

Does control center work in Landscape? If yes then you prob need a new screen.
