Audible app not recognizing active membership on iPhone
Hi I’ve renewed by audible membership, however the app is not recognising that I’m a member. I’ve contacted audible who have confirmed I have an active membership through the correct email address and Audible IOS App. Audible advised to get in touch with apple but doesn’t seem to be a clear cut way to do that as the only options on subscription are to cancel memberships. Anyone encountered this before?
