Apple Watch not counting steps neither the workouts

My Apple Watch SE recently got completely blank out and I got it repaired in authorised service centre, however now it’s not counting steps neither counting my workouts, checked with motion calibration, reset 2 times, had recent updates downloaded, neither is working for it, what should I do now ?

If this happened after getting the watch serviced, contact the repair center again. If an Authorised Apple Service Provider serviced the watch, it is also covered by a short warranty.
