How can I stop my Apple Watch from notifying me at 4am?

My watch haptics me at 4am in the morning to let me know it couldn't update. How I reschedule this incredibly stupid notification? I know we can't disable it since we don't have options with Apple, but I assume rescheduling it would be possible, can't find the setting anywhere.

You could delete the watchOS update file in the Watch App on your iPhone in General -> Storage.

Then disable installing the update automatically in General -> Software Update -> Automatic Updates -> Off

Your iPhone will download the watchOS update at some point in the future again and you will notice the red notification badge in the WatchApp.

Installing the recommended watchOS update would be an option as well.
