I took backup from my other iphone and all the other apps are installed but my Appstore is showing “waiting”. Now i can not download any app. How to resolve this issue?

I just worked with Apple tech advisor on this to get this fixed. In Settings->General->Transfer or Reset->Reset->Reset All Settings. This fixed it.
It's a pain to have to reconfigure all my settings now, but at least my issue is fixed.
