Your battery is likely doing better than average.
Normally, the battery will decline about 1% for every 40-50 charge cycles.....regardless of the age of the battery.
Keep in mind that Apple expresses battery performance in an unusual way. The never show a "tenths" of a percent and instead round down the number to a whole number.
For example, the battery might really be at 98.9%, but this will be displayed as 98%. So what looks almost like a 1% decline might really only be a .1% decline.
