How can I create touch-based keyboard Macros on my iPad?

Is it possible to create keyboard macros that trigger through touch, like with assistive touch? I've done a lot of searching and can't find anything, only keyboard shortcuts that trigger touch actions, or apps that connect to a desktop to trigger keyboard macros. Kind of surprised to not see it in accessibility features unless I've missed something.

Sure. The specific use case that brought this to mind was Davinci Resolve where keybinds are needed to switch to panels that are initially hidden when opening the app. So the hope is there's a way to use touch input to execute a keybind like shift+e to open the edit page in Resolve.

Assistive touch is what came to mind since I use it to switch apps while using the apple pencil, but I couldn't find any settings that fit the use case. Shortcuts didn't seem to allow keybind execution either, because my other idea was a shortcut that opens Resolve and presses each panels keybind. It's not the ideal solution either since having a touch button like assistive touch that can activate various keybinds would be really helpful in workflow in general.
