Hello, I have an Apple TV and suddenly it doesn't turn on. I see the Apple logo for a second and then it disappears and is in a loop. What can I do? I can't connect a cable through the computer because I don't have access to the Apple TV. Its model is A1842. Thank you very much, I hope you can help me 🙏🏻

First try a cold restart, by disconnecting from power for a few moments. If that doesn’t bring it back, then the system software may need to be reinstalled. For the 4K models, users can’t do that themselves externally. Instead contact Apple for assistance.

If you see a warning symbol while trying to update the software on your Apple TV, or if you see a black screen on your TV and flashing indicator light on the front of your Apple TV, your Apple TV might need service. Get service.
