Apple TV+ three months free trial

I have just purchased a new iPhone 16Pro, and am disappointed to find that I have not been offered the three months free trial with AppleTV+. I am being offered 3 month trials of Apple Fitness+/Apple Music/Apple Arcade, none of which interests me. Has Apple changed the offer? I should point out that I have already had this offer previously, when I bought a new MacBook last year, and wondered if that is why I have not been offered it again.
