Protection 360 Tier 5 TE FROM TMOBILE VS APPLE CARE
I just got a iphone 15 plus from T Mobile & it has Protection 360 Tier 5 TE - do I also need to pay for Apple Care as well?

That's up to you. Personally, I'm not a fan of carrier plans because they may not replace parts with authentic Apple Parts or if your phone needs to be replaced, they may replace it with a refurbished phone, not refurbished by Apple, but by an authorized refurbishing partner. I typically don't take carrier warranty plans, especially if they cost me anything but I always buy AppleCare+ as it is fully under Apple and I'm guaranteed to get authentic Apple Parts or a phone refurbished by Apple directly should I need a repair or replacement.
