Sharing info from Workouts to Strava- how?

I just bought a phone 14 and a I watch series10 . I want to link my runs etc with Strava automatically. How can I do this?

Workout app for iPad cannot be used to review the same data as on the iPhone? I use my Apple Watch to track my workouts. Using my iPhone to review the data for workouts in the Workouts app is fine, but I’m surprised that the same app on the iPad is basically useless for that — it only provides a portal into for-pay premium workout/coaching sessions. This really surprises me — does anyone have any knowledge about why Apple would field identical-looking apps for iPhone and iPad and yet make them essentially incompatible? I can see the value of the paid services, but I’d think Apple would extend the app for that, not lobotomize the app.

Fitness app on iPad Why can't I install the Fitness app (not the Fitness+ app that I would have to pay for) on my iPad, It is on my iPhone and interops with the Workout tool on my Apple watch. I want to share my exercise history on my iPad and can't. Very annoying and a shortfall in interoperability.

Open the Health App on your iPhone, then tap on Browse in the right corner below, tap on "Activity", scroll down to "Data Sources & Access" and make sure, that under "Apps Allowed To Read Data" your 3rd party app is listed and enabled.
