Restoring accidently deleted iCloud Photo Library to MacBook Air

I accidently deleted my photo library from my MacBook Air but have them on iCloud. How do I get them back to my Mac.

Can I recover my photos from iCloud? I am on a mid-2015 MacBook Pro. Today I was cleaning my files in preparation for a data transfer to a new MacMini. I found a photos library of 2014-2015 photos and clicked on it. At first I was thrilled. I thought they had been lost. Then I tried to open my usual photos app from the dock and the only photos in it now are the 2014 and 15 photos. All albums, and all other photos including share have disappeared. They are in iCloud. How can I get my photos app restored?

Download iCloud photos and videos - Apple Support

After you have done that, then you should also do this:
