“Clear history and website data” greyed out in Safari settings.

Why isn’t it marked “Locked by screen time restrictions”?

My parents would never have purposely set it up like that. Is there a default setting for screen time restrictions?

Cannot clear Safari browsing history despite having screen time off I’ve been trying to clear my browsing history for most of this morning but whenever I try to clear it I get a pop up saying I can’t even though screen time is entirely turned off I have tried turning if iCloud for safari as well but that didn’t help. Because there are multiple ways in can be locked.
