Transparency mode shuts off randomly.

Transparency mode shuts off randomly and often on my iphone 13 pro max. I also wear an apple watch ultra. I've discovered that if I power the watch off the problem goes away. Wondering if anyone else has had this experience/ fix? Seems like a watch- phone connection issue. Any hope ghat Apple will address/ fix this issue?
