On charging iPhone 16 feels like power leakage on the camera control button
When my iphone 16 was charging i felt a power leakage on the camera control button

if it was me then I would worry if the ac charger is somehow leaking ac current into the cable and phone after that
because ios devices charge by 5volt dc and 9volt dc if fast charging, 5volts you can't feel and 9volts you can only feel if you put your tongue on a say 9volt battery
If it was me then I would try another ac charger or charge by a computer usb port or the likes to troubleshoot
