Customize Apple Watch 7 Face for better readability

How do we get Apple to correct the horrible update to watch faces in the last update. They took away my simple face I used and replaced it the absolutely terrible Numero face. It is practically unreadable.

The previous face I used daily was easy to read. Apple seems to have no regard to adults with disabilities legislation and the need to provide high contrast faces. A simple while hands on black ground option is almost unavailable in most watch face options.

Attached ( the number 10 is not my colour choice just all could find as an example) was my old watch face. Please restore this option. The Numero Apple replaced it with is useless.
