Pics Art subscription refund not reflected in bank account
last month, my niece edited something in pics art app and I didn’t know that she subscribed to free trial. Last January 6, I was shocked to received an invoice from apple about my purchase for subscription of pics art, charging my debit card that is connected in my IPad . I immediately cancelled the subscription by going to report a problem. The next day! I received an email that there’s an update about my refund request, however I only opened it today, January 8. It states that my purchase has been refunded, but when I checked my bank account, it didn’t reflect.
