My mum bought an Apple Watch for my birthday off eBay and the previous owner didnt unpair their iPhone from the watch we have reset it and it haha an activation lock so it can’t be used, we have contacted the previous owner but they have not replied and I would like to be able to use this

File a claim under eBay’s buyer protection program and get your money back if the seller will not refund your money.
This is assuming that it was not disclosed in the original sale that it was activation locked or icloud locked.
If they did disclose that, you got exactly what you paid for. An unusable watch.
