is there any chance to share ownership with friend of mine?
in the other word, we want a joint ownership for the device. as long as I know it is not possible because only one Apple find my or iCloud account can be registed for a device. let me know. thanks.

For the purpose of "ownership" (e.g., Find My) there can indeed only be one account signed into a mobile device (computers are different). Also, Apple's system is designed so that each account is only used by a single person.
Strictly speaking, you can use other accounts for some very limited and specific purposes on mobile devices. Since you do not appear to be asking about those I won't go into details.

I do not know to which terms and conditions you are referring.
As has been stated before, an iPhone or iPad can only have one "owner". It doesn't even have to be either of you if you know of somebody else you both trust with ultimate access.
Thank you for your response. We want to ensure that devices cannot be sold without the consent of the original owners. Are there any alternatives to “Find My”? Could we include such provisions in the terms and conditions?

No Apple mechanism provides that assurance against sale.
The closest you can get are restrictions: If your Apple Account is grayed out in Settings - Apple Support
Otherwise, you will be setting up a supervised device and remotely managing the iPhone.
But somebody that wants to sell a device will still be able to find a buyer and sell it.
