Recovering Apple Pay funds after unauthorized use

When you gave your iPhone and passcode to your friend you authorized her use of the device and the payment methods in your Wallet app. Apple is not a bank and does not approve or decline transaction. If any recovery of funds is possible, it will have to come from the bank that issued the card(s) she is using. Contact the banks immediately and have the cards closed. If any recovery is possible the banks will want a police report for the stolen iPhone.

You freely gave your device and its contents and abilities. The only resolution is to ask your friend to pay you back. And, of course, never give a device logged into your account to anyone. As soon as you do, it's theirs.
