How do I re-pair my AirPods with my iPhone?

I need ideas on how to pair my AirPod Pro 2nd generation again. I lost one bud and reordered it. Then, I had problems, but an Apple rep helped me finally get it done. This was 3 or 4 years ago with no problems. Recently, I tried to add a Samsung TV to the blue tooth and the AirPod stoped pairing with anything. Any ideas?

Remove these from the Samsung TV, and then perform the pairing.
