Print icon not showing
I need the print icon in order to print

Why do you need the print icon? Printing can be invoked in most apps by clicking File > Print or by using the keystroke command-P (⌘P).

You can create a desktop printer – a printer icon on the desktop that you can drag a file onto for printing – by opening the System Settings > Printers & Scanners and then dragging the printer icon found there out onto the Desktop.
