Apple Watch 9 calories burned - move ring - is wayyy too high

This started about a 3-4 days ago. I have a sedentary WFH job and might get an actual workout in a few days a week. My set calorie goal was set to 750/daily and I definitely had to get a workout in to surpass that.

The last few days I haven't worked out, majority of my day is spent sitting at my desk, sometimes standing at my desk. The 'calories burned' according to my watch are skyrocketing. By 9am this morning it said I had already burned 500 calories. Currently, it's almost 5pm and apparently I've burned 1,800 calories.

This is a HUGE jump in my daily average and there hasn't been any increase in activity. For reference, I'm 5'7" 170lbs 34 Male.

Make sure that your height, weight, age etc is set up properly in your health app.

Then you should reset your fitness calibration data. ( from your iPhone>Watch>Privacy>Rest your Fitness Calibration Data> Tap this)

Then do a 20 minute outdoor walk or run.
