my iMac charging port is not working

Where is "charging port" you mentioned? As far as I know, there is no charging port on iMac.

USB-A or USB-C port?

They are working just fine, either you did not plug it in well, did not use the correct cable or the computer just needs a restart

Do you have any of the following third party apps installed on your Mac?
