macOS 10.13 High Sierra FULL installer?
https://apps.apple.com/us/app/macos-high-sierra/id1246284741
Seems to offer only update that needs 10.13 already installed.
Can somebody offer an "official" download link for real full installer?

I just looked on the Apple servers and the only full installer listed for High Sierra is 10.13.6.
They can try pasting this into the Terminal…
softwareupdate --fetch-full-installer --full-installer-version 10.13.6
Try booting into Internet Recovery Mode using Command + Option + R to access the online macOS installer. If you have a Late-2009 to 2011 Mac, then it should boot to the online High Sierra installer. You will likely need to use Fix #3 in the following article though in order to actually install High Sierra since Apple keeps breaking these older online installers:

Mac mini 2018 supports only down to macOS 10.14 Mojave. Apparently that's why that command does not work on that Mac.
Besides, AFAIK macOS 11 Big Sur is the oldest where 'softwareupdate --list-full-installers' is available. So maybe the softwareupdate command does not work even when executed on an older Mac that supports HighSierra.

That's pretty stupid.
If you need another mac to make bootable installer, you can't do it with newer mac.
If you are trying to create a High Sierra bootable installer on a 2018 Mac, as mentioned, it can't be done. It hasn't been possible to download a version of macOS to a Mac that can't run it for 20 years or more. Stupid or not.

You can click it open and tha app "Install High Sierra" appears in Applications folder?
Not on a 2018 Mac mini. The screen shot I posted was downloading the High Sierra 10.13.6 installer on a Mid-2013 MacBook Air. Which can run High Sierra.
I'm helping a person who has iMac 2011 and my mini does not have nothing to do with this.
Nevertheless, it is stupid, if you can't download to make usb installer.
How do you explain the "screenshot" I posted?
"To install 10.13 you need to have 10.13 installed."🤪

That's what I thought. Someone with a 2011 Mac should be able to download the full 10.13.6 installer.

Not really. Why should Apple allow downloading a version of macOS to a Mac that can't run it? Can you imagine the frustration of tens of thousands of Mac user downloading something that won't install once downloaded?

I can't. Do you know what version she has installed now?
Did you try the Internet Recovery High Sierra workaround HWTech suggested earlier in this thread? I guess it is your best option if you do not have any other bootable volume or High Sierra compatible Mac available.

Looks like Apple's moderation does not like links to fb. You can find the thread in Hopeinen Omena group.
FWIW, I had no problem downloading the full installer by clicking the High Sierra link on this page…
You're more than welcome to let Apple know you think it's stupid.
If she's running 10.12.8, she should be able to upgrade to 10.13.6.
I'm trying to help someone in local mac user's fb-group.
She tried to instal that "update" and it needed 10.13 installed to be used.
