The Good Morning screen on my Apple Watch OS version 11.2 changed from a nice sunny blue morning screen to boring black.
I’m not sure what caused it but how do I get the colourful screen back?

Did you already try to force restart your iPhone and Apple Watch?

To force restart your watch, press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again.
If this does not work, deleting the Sleep Focus and creating a new one might help.
restart solved the problem. My bright Good Morning screen is back!
