Apple Watch Series 10 screen is glitchy
Woke up this morning to find my watch series 10 with a glitchy screen. I tried restarting, etc. Thoughts?

Did you try to take a screenshot of your display? In the WatchApp on your iPhone, make sure that Screenshots are enabled in Settings/General. Then press the Digital Crown and the Side button together, you should hear the camera sound and see a short flash on the screen. Open the Photos app on your iPhone and check the Screenshot. If it looks normal, your display is defect and this is a hardware problem.
Has the battery of your watch ever been replaced?
To rule out a software issue, erase the watch and pair it again, setting it up as a new device. You will only lose your created Watch faces and may have to activate the cards in your Wallet app again.
