Apple watch 3 won't pair to my iphone 11.

Yesterday my apple watch series 3 was working fine, til u had to charge it up and after that I put it back on and all of a sudden it says that my iphone 11 is disconnected, why. I want it fix ASAP please & thank you not my watch isn't working, I'm not getting no notification on my watch. Please help

I've unpaired my watch now it won't pair again. What should I do? I've been having an issue with my apple watch not sending my notifications, hasn't been able to connect to my apps on the watch itself, etc. Every time I try to see if I need to update it I'm told "Unable to find watch, make sure watch is paired" something along the lines of that message. I unpaired it and now I can't pair it back to my phone and keep getting the message "Unable to connect to apple watch. Make sure this watch is powered on and is not paired with another iPhone" I'm not sure what to do, any advice?
