Keyboard Issue with Refurbished MacBook
Dear Apple Support Team,
I purchased a refurbished Apple MacBook Air M1 from your official refurbished online store, and within a few months of use, I am experiencing a significant issue with the keyboard. Specifically, the keys are coming loose during regular usage, which is both inconvenient and unacceptable given the premium quality expected from Apple products.
