ChatGPT Plus subscription not recognized on iPhone

I recently upgraded again to ChatGPT Plus. I received a confirmation and the receipt. The subscription appears where it should in Settings. However My ChatGPT is still Free. I am constantly being told I am out of memory begin a new chat. When I try to sign in under Siri & ChatGPT I am told not account exist. When I try to upgrade under the section I am told I already have an account. The email from ChatGPT says I have a free account. Anyone else going ****?

I also have this problem and it also manifests in MacOS (Sequoia 15.2)

I've tried cancelling my Plus subscription and then restarting the Plus subscription again within the ChatGPT extension process of Apple Intelligence and it still says 'ChatGPT Free' as you can see in the screenshots.

Also, I'll add this info... in the ChatGPT app on iphone, I'm logged in with my AppleID which holds my subscription to Plus but the ChatGPT app still says I'm on the Free plan and there's a 'Get Plus' icon at the top of the app. When I click to 'Get Plus' and then hit the button to upgrade, it says I'm already subscribed to this and when I click 'OK' I get the following message: "This subscription is associated with another OpenAI account."

I haven't subscribed to openAI with a different account!
