Apple Watch notifying in sleep Mode

Hi I bought the New Apple Watch. But it because it Wakes me up so often at Night dont wear it anymore. I thought Apple would be great when switching from android, but having sleep Mode activated and it tells me to stand up at 5am while sleeping, who Programmed this!? The next day notify same time waking me up again that update Couldnt be installed? Dear god in Heaven. No sleep Tracking for me anymore! Why do I even set Sleep time for what it Shows bed nice but still notify every Little Crap!

Did you already try to disable the Stand Reminders in the settings for Activity/Notifications in the Watch App on your iPhone?

Also make sure that on your iPhone in Settings/Focus/Sleep/Options, Silence Notifications is set to Always.

Also check, Notifications/Apps, that "Allow Notifications From" is selected, and no apps are listed in the field below.

You should let Apple know directly about this issue by using the Feedback link, as this is the only way to reach them. Apple does not follow these user to user communities.

Thank you for reply but it is all set as you described. I disabled Stand notification which I Liked because I work Office. Nice buying Features I Cant use. No notification for Healthy movement and no Sleep Tracking. Why I even buy this. This should be easy to program when set to Sleep - dont disturb. It is Apple Not some China Company Watch - really dissapointed - this needs to be Reported to Apple
