How can I discontinue with Apple TV free trial subscription?

To cancel an Apple TV+ subscription, do as any one of these describes (pick one):
- On any of your Apple devices: How to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
- On an Apple TV box: Manage subscriptions on Apple TV - Apple Support
- On the web: How to cancel Apple TV+ - Apple Support
- On third party devices with the Apple TV app: Manage subscriptions in the Apple TV app - Apple Support
- On a PC with the Apple TV app (or iTunes app): Use a Windows PC to cancel subscriptions from Apple - Apple Support
If you do it like that and it doesn’t show any subscriptions, then you were not subscribed through that Apple Account. You’ll have to sign in with the matching Apple Account first.

I would recommend double checking the Apple Account that the trial is linked to. If you are looking under the subscriptions tab for the account that the trial is linked to, then it is likely already canceled. Otherwise, try logging in to the Apple Account to which your trial is linked. If these steps don’t work, try contacting Apple support.
Did you use the service at any point during the trial? Did you verify that you are signed in under the same account? Any active subscription (even those under trial) will show under the account they were activated under. If you still want further verification contact Apple support.
