'Review Large Attachments' under 'iPhone Storage' inconsistent

Bug report! ...are you listening Apple?

When I go to 'iPhone Storage' / 'Review Large Attachments,' it still shows some attachments even though they are deleted from the specific message.

And here's where it gets weird.

Sometimes, after I delete an attachment in the Attachments 'Edit' view and then go to the message, there's a blank area where the attachment was. When I click on it, the attachment comes back, and it's also back in the Attachments 'Edit' view.

So, then I have to delete it again in the Attachments 'Edit' view.

Bottom line; It can take more than one attempt to delete the attachment in both places.
