Apple Pay Card

So, I have my bank card account and the Apple Pay card in my wallet. I needed a different way to pay on a site for a purchase, so I decided to use Apple Pay. So I downloaded the apple apt card. I then was able to put money on the Apple Card from my bank. Then realized my bank card would work and would like to put it back on my bank card. However, I cannot find out how to do this. I have googled and followed every thing suggested, nothing is working. There are three dots at the top of the card. This box falls down and transfer back to bank never shows up. I have reset my phone. I have gone to settings and went through all the bank stuff, went through all the Apple Pay stuff. Someone please please help me???
