What should I do if my Apple Watch SE is stuck on iCloud?

My apple watch was connected to the iCloud which I used on the previous phone, when I changed my phone I signed in another iCloud and my watch continued asking about the password of my previous iCloud until I connected my apple watch to the new phone, but iCloud didn’t change on them and when I’m trying to change it they just show me loading process which doesn’t lead to anything. What can I do?
