Can I pick up my iPad order before the scheduled time frame?
i bought an ipad and for pick up at a time frame, can i pick up the order before the time frame allocated?

If this is an Apple Store, they'll notify you when it's ready for pickup and from the orders I've done they tell you not to come to the store before then. If you mean that you've been notified that the order is ready and you've made an appointment, then you can try going early but they may tell you to come back and your scheduled time. It'll depend on how busy they are and what staff they have available.
If this is some other reseller, contact them and ask.
