Battery health issue on iPhone

If your battery health is 80% or below you need to have your battery replaced. If it is no longer under warranty or don’t have an active AppleCare+ plan you will have to pay for it.

Only a brand new phone will show 100% battery health. It starts the decline as soon as you start using your device. That's completely normal for any battery.
