Facing Apple Developer Enrollment problem from bangladesh with 2FA and Region.

Hi, I can not enroll the apple developer program. It says

The support has instructed me to have phone number for 2FA that has same region code as my apple id region.

But we bangladeshi developers can not have Bangladesh as region in apple id billing and payment (Mostly using USA or in my case Hongkong). We have bangladeshi number for 2FA. So, how are you guys solving this issue?
