iPhone 13 unavailable after screen replacement

I just had the screen replaced, now I can not get past "iphone unavailable", I have tried resetting the phone many times. It is not recognised on my laptop, I get the apple logo but nothing happens, I get the PC and cable picture but nothing else. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
