iphone 16 wallpaper teal issue flashes pink

i bought iphone 16 and using wallpaper teal color and when wallpaper dim and want to turn of phone when im not using it flash pink or when sometime want to use it it does to it rarely but it happens like 2-3 times in month what should i do?
