how to remove photo processing

I am actually getting so fed up with trying to take a picture of my skin condition for a doctor and apple thinking I need to have any blemishes or marks removed. It shows a perfectly crystal clear image in the camera app but when I take an actual photo it sends it of to the PlayStation network to edit it with a PlayStation two or something because the photo looks unrecognisable. According to chat gpt it’s because of the hdr feature and when I asked how to remove it they told me apple doesn’t allow you to and I’d need a third party app. Are you serious? Did all the geniuses die from covid or something? Why would you not let people utilise the one reason they bought the phone. I want high quality images not over processed garbage.

Apparently the newest iPhone cameras decide when using HDR is a benefit. Somehow I doubt if HDR is your problem, though. Problems I've had with HDR aren't like you describe. I tried taking a picture of a little, I don't know, scar, maybe, on my wrist, and it worked fine.

Of course, I have no way of knowing about your case, but I think lighting might be the biggest problem. If the blemishes are reddish, and if you are using incandescent bulbs (which are a warm reddish color,) then the blemish could disappear. This is kinda fakey, but maybe it shows a difference:

At one point I had a bit of a skin rash that itched, but I never saw it because I had incandescent bulbs. Other people saw it first, outdoors.

Uneven lighting and shadows could also hide what you're trying to show.

What happens if you go out in the sun to take the picture? I'd hold the camera as far away as possible, and zoom in later, if necessary.
