iphone 16 pro -professional camera quality

Can the iphone 16 pro compare ti a DSLR like a Nikon D850 in the quality of raw file images it is capable of taking. I am wanting to use for professionally photographing paintings in studio setting

and require same quality detail on large format. Are the sensors and lenses up to the job

iPhone 13

No. The sensor on the camera is tiny, the lenses are nowhere near as good as a Nikkor lens, and most of the picture quality from a phone is based on the computer in it doing the job. A full frame sensor and high quality glass will always produce better images... in the hands of a skilled photographer.

But only you can tell if it's good enough for your usage, and for that you'll need to try it and see.
