MacBook Air M2: predictive inline text non auto popping up when typing??
I've been looking for a hot minute now and I can't get a decisive answer to my problem onOS Sequoia 12.2 - Simply put I want emoji's suggestions to pop up AS I TYPE...just like ios! simple, not difficult. What I seem to find out is you have to hit the "fn" button to evoke options for your text. I've made all the necessary settings changes required under "keyboard". Even tried the ios trick of adding the emoji keyboard, but that isn't an option on OS. So...I just need confirmation that I'm not (all the way) crazy and on OS Sequoia it simply doesn't work so seamlessly as it should when typing, be it on immesage, notes, or similar apps. Seems like a waste. Even now as I type "waste" usually waste=🗑️ appears on the iphone, but I have to hit "fn" and still it doesn't suggest...and then type in "waste" to get the options. SMH. (yeah, still not emoji suggestions).
