How do I reset a MacBook Air 2017 to factory settings?

I have an old Macbook Air 2017 running Monteray 12.6.2. How do i reset it to original setup so i can pass it on to someone without my information and programs.

I want to give my old computer away but need to reset it to original settings. How do I do that. It's a MacBook Air 2017 running Monterey 12.6.2
