iPhone picking up background noise when making video

When recording aidol, on facetime, snapchat, calls, anything, my phone picks up sounds like me scrolling or tapping on my phone, super loud.

does anyone know a possibility to fix this? I recently purchased a refurbished phone so I hope it’s not got to do with that

How to fix sound functionality on iPhone 11 EVERY sound on my iPhone 11 randomly stops.
